The gears made of tribologically optimized iglide® high-performance polymers have significantly higher service life than gears made of comparable plastics.  Due to fine-tuned additives of reinforcement materials and solid lubricants, they do not require additional lubrication.  In the industry's largest test laboratory, the gears made of iglide® materials are thoroughly tested to continuously improve their service life.
